Dispatch & Processing Time
1.1 All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
1.3 You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
UK Shipping Rates & Options
2.1 We offer flat-rate shipping across the UK (including the Highlands and Islands) via Royal Mail:
2.2 Standard Tracked (Royal Mail 48): £3.99 (2–3 business days after dispatch)
2.3 FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over £70.00.
Reusable Packaging
3.1 We care about your hair and the planet.
3.2 Bonnets: Each premium bonnet arrives in a reusable ziplock travel bag, perfect for storage or travel.
3.3 Braiding Hair: To keep shipping costs low, your braiding hair may be packed flat. Please give the hair a gentle shake upon arrival to restore its volume.
3.4 Outer Packaging: We use waterproof, 80% recycled mailing bags to ensure your items stay dry and secure.
Delivery Terms
4.1 Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Under UK Consumer Law, we are responsible for your items until they are delivered to your door.
4.2 If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
Returns & Cancellations
5.1 In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return your items (provided they are unused and in original packaging).
5.2 For hygiene reasons, hair products, bonnets, headwear, and any item that touches hair or skin cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.
