Terms & Conditions – Kinks & Locs
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed via the Kinks & Locs website (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By placing an order with Kinks & Locs, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these T&Cs. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, please do not place an order.
1.3 These T&Cs set out your rights and obligations as a customer, including information about our products, ordering process, delivery, cancellations, returns, and liability.

3. Products
3.1 Kinks & Locs sells items such as satin-lined bonnets, headwear, haircare accessories, and natural hair products.
3.2 Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur.
3.3 As some products are handmade, minor differences in colour, size, or design may be present. We ensure all products meet high-quality standards.
3.4 Prices are displayed in GBP (£). Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
4.1 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods in accordance with these T&Cs. 4.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A legally binding contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (delivery address, email address, payment details) is complete and accurate.
4.4 We are not responsible for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate.
4.5 Please read these T&Cs carefully before placing an order.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
5.2 Delivery costs, options, and estimated times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on location.
5.3 Risk and ownership of goods pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.
5.4 If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, goods may be left in a secure location or redelivery may need to be arranged.
5.5 We do not provide tracking services.
6. Cancellation & Returns
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, unless excluded under hygiene or customisation rules.
6.2 To cancel, notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days.
6.3 Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact.
6.4 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Standard delivery costs will be refunded.
6.5 For hygiene reasons, headwear, bonnets, or other items that come into direct contact with hair, as well as customised or personalised items, cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, unless faulty or damaged.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
7.1 All goods supplied must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
7.2 If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a full refund, repair, or replacement.
7.3 Faulty or damaged goods should be reported promptly to customerservice@kinksandlocs.co.uk.
8. Payment & Pricing
8.1 Payment must be made at the time of order.
8.2 We accept payment methods including debit/credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
8.3 We aim to ensure all prices are correct. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the extent permitted by law, Kinks & Locs will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your purchase or use of goods.
9.2 Our maximum liability for defective goods is limited to a replacement or full refund.
9.3 Nothing in these T&Cs affects your statutory rights.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including postal strikes, extreme weather, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Website Use & Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the Kinks & Locs website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us.
11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.
11.3 You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
12.3 If you have a complaint, please contact us first at customerservice@kinksandlocs.co.uk, and we will aim to resolve the matter amicably.
13. Severability
13.1 If any part of these T&Cs is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
14. Entire Agreement
14.1 These T&Cs, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kinks & Locs.
15. Changes to Terms
15.1 We may update these T&Cs at any time.
15.2 The version displayed on the website at the time of your order will apply.
